Welcome to PingBuddy! By accessing or using our website located at pingbuddy.io (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our Service.

1. Services

PingBuddy provides website uptime monitoring services. Users can sign up, add websites, and receive notifications regarding their status. We also offer a Pro plan with additional features such as SMS notifications and the ability to monitor more websites.

2. User Accounts

To use PingBuddy, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, name, and password, or via Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

3. Pro Plan and Payments

Users can subscribe to our Pro plan through Stripe. Subscription fees will be charged based on the chosen plan. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Notifications

If your monitored website is down, PingBuddy will notify you via email. Additional notification methods, such as SMS, are available under the Pro plan.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

PingBuddy is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the unavailability of your websites or any failure to send notifications. The Service is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding its availability or accuracy.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you either through email or by posting a notice on our website.
